To be eligible to apply for admission, an Indian national applicant or passport holder must fulfil all three requirements as outlined by the MEA.

• The student must return to the American/international system of education after having attended a school in one of those systems.

• The student's parents are most likely only going to be in India for two or three years.

• The student is in a crucial period of their education, making their time at AISC crucial.

• All Indian candidates' parents are required to provide a signed corporate letter outlining their intended stay in Chennai for two to three years as well as a signed AISC Indian National Declaration verifying all three MEA requirements.
