For those aspiring to gain admission to RCST, the application process entails the following steps:

• Submit the RCST admission form online within 15 days of the result publication, designating RCST as the 1st preference.

• Visit the SAMS Odisha website (samsodisha.gov.in), and click on CAF (Common Application Form).

• Carefully complete the form with all the required information and click on the "Submit" button.

• Double-check for accuracy; if necessary, make changes by clicking "Back to modify."

• Once satisfied with the details, click "Confirm" to receive a "Reference Number" and "Password."

• Within 24 hours and before submitting at the resource centre, you can make changes using the "Ref. No." and "Password."

• Any alterations required after 24 hours will necessitate a fresh application, ensuring the initial form remains undeposited.

• After form submission, the applicant can click "Print College and Applicant Copy" to obtain two pages of the College Copy and one page of the applicant copy.

• A coloured passport-sized photograph must be affixed to the college copy, with the applicant's signature in front of the photograph, and the form should bear the signatures of both the applicant and their parent in designated areas.

• Self-certified photocopies of the documents mentioned in the college copy should be attached, with each labelled as "Submitted by me" and signed. The admission process only accepts computer-generated application forms; DTP or other forms will not be considered. The applicant is to submit both the "College Copy" and the "Applicant Copy" at any SAMS Resource Centre while paying fees.

• Obtain the "Applicant Copy" with a "Money Receipt cum Index Number (MRIN)," from the SAMS Resource Centre for future correspondence.
