The admission process for Bolton School involves two major steps i.e. Registration and Submission.

Step 1 – Registration: 

Bolton School opens the registration process for Nursery to Class 7 admission in the last week of December, every year. Application forms can be collected in offline mode from the school office on all working days i.e. Monday to Friday in between 9 am to 4 pm. Parents should note that the registration fee is non-refundable.

Bolton School conducts admission only on the basis of availability of seats. The school opens applications for all the students without any discrimination subject to qualify the eligibility criteria as specified by the school. Parents should also note that merely filling the admission form does not guarantee admission.

Step 2 – Form Submission:

After collecting registration form, completely fill in the application form and submit it to the school office along with all the necessary documents.

Documents Required for Submission at the time of admission

• Photocopy of the date of birth certificate (Issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority).

• Four recent passport size colour photographs of the candidate and one each of the parents or the guardian.

• Photocopy of the student’s Aadhar card.

• Photocopy of Caste certificate if applicable (issued by competent authority in the name of the child ); original needs to be shown for verification.

• Photocopy of the passport of the child and the parents in case of NRI.

• Photocopy of the report card of the last assessment of the current year.

• Health Card (if any)

• Transfer Certificate in Original (Duly Countersigned by the concerned authority) to be submitted after the completion of the current academic year in the existing school. The date of submission would be specified by the school.

Note: Incomplete registration forms are subject to rejection without informing any reason to parents. 

The Parents should inform the school in writing about the student’s medical problem (if any) at the time of registration. The school is not responsible for any after causes.

Age Criteria

Once the admission is finalized, parents must pay the requisite annual fee/term fee in whatever mode as specified by the school to confirm the seat. Please note that the admission fee or school fee is non – refundable in case of admission cancellation.
