The step by step admission process to AVIS is given below. in case of any doubt, parents can also fill the admission enquiry through the form available at Akshara Vaagdevi International School website.

Step 1: Firstly fill the online admission application form. Make sure to fill all the particulars correctly as per the details given on the Aadhar card. Ensure all the spellings are correct before final submission as changes thereafter becomes difficult. 

Here is the list of documents which is also required to be submitted with the application:

• Caste certificate

• Date of birth certificate

• Residential proof

• Passport size photograph

• Transfer Certificate

• Vaccination certificate/ Evidence of Vaccination

• Report card of the previous class

• Certificate of any special achievement

Note: Documents submitted at the time of admission becomes the property of the school and cannot be returned. Also if there is any error in the spelling of name or DOB, bring it to the notice at the earliest.

Step 2: Thereafter, applications will be scrutinized and verified by the school admission authorities along will the documents.

Step 3: After document scrutiny, there will be an official parent-student-teacher interaction in the presence of the management committee. The result after this interaction will be communicated to the parents within a few days of interaction.

Step 4: Students who qualify the interaction round will only proceed further. On selection/ seat offer, a tuition fee is to be paid in order to block the seat. In case of non-payment of fee within the stipulated time, the Akshara Vaagdevi International School may offer the same seat to the next eligible candidate.

Step 5: After fee payment, the transfer certificate and health form should be submitted before the commencement of the academic session.

Step 6: The school allocates an admission number at the time of commencement of the academic year with sections. 

Not: If the student is undergoing any medical problem, please inform the school at the time of registration itself.

The school has set the age limit to its various classes i.e.,

• For admission to Nursery, LKG/ PP1 (Pre-primary 1) the child should be aged 3 years and 6 months as on June 30

• For admission to UKG/ PP2 (pre-primary 2) the child should be aged 4 years and 6 months as on June 30

• For admission to class 1 the child should be aged 5 years and 6 months as on June 30
