    Question 1 :
    The question asks for the SI unit of electric flux.
    Electric flux $\left(\Phi_E\right)$ is given by:

    $$

    Question 3 :

    - The $10 \Omega$ resistor is in the middle of a balanced Wheatstone bridge, so no current flows through it. We can ignore it.

    - The left and right pairs of $5 \Omega$ resistors are in series:

    $$
    5 \Omega+5 \Omega=10 \Omega
    $$

    - These two $10 \Omega$ resistances are in parallel:

    $$
    R_{\mathrm{eq}}=\frac{10 \Omega \times 10 \Omega}{10 \Omega+10 \Omega}=5 \Omega
    $$

    from Ohm's Law,
    - Given voltage $=\mathbf{2 V}$, total resistance $=\mathbf{5 \Omega}$.
    - Current, $I=\frac{V}{R}=\frac{2}{5} A$.

    The current is $\frac{2}{5} A$, so the correct choice is:
