The Ardee School, New Friends Colony

The school provides admission from Pre-Primary to Class 12 including AS and A level examinations. Parents have to first fill in an enquiry form by entering all the required details and then submit it. In case parents and students wish to visit the Ardee school campus, they can email or call the school office to fix an appointment.

Admission Procedure at The Ardee School

• Parents have to fill in an online registration form through the school’s official website.

• The parents have to wait for an interaction appointment scheduled by Arde school’s admission authority.

• After the interaction, the parents would be notified about the interview result through email. The next procedure is also given in the mail.

• For the primary and secondary sections, admission is subject to the student’s performance in the school’s admission test and also to the availability of seats.

• Admissions to the mid-session classes are subject to the availability of seats for students.

Documents Required for Ardee School Admissions

• The parents should bring 2 passport-size photographs of each of them and 6 passport-size photographs of the student.

• Original birth certificate of the student for verification and photocopy for school records.

• A photocopy of the proof of residence which includes the electricity bill, telephone bill and voter ID and the original of the same for verification.

• The AADHAR card of both parents is needed for verification.

• An AADHAR card of the student is required for verification (if available).

• A photocopy of the PAN card of the parent who will pay school admission fees.

• Transfer certificate of the parents is required for verification

• The student will have to bring his/her previous year's school report card for document verification.

• The admission fees for a respective class will be paid at the school’s admission office by parents after they submit the admission form.

• The fees can be paid on a quarterly basis, yearly or half-yearly basis.

• If parents have any doubts regarding the fee structure and refund policy, they should clarify them at the time of admission.
