• The application form and prospectus can be obtained from the college office.

• The filled-in form can be submitted in person or sent by registered post before the due date.

• Selection for merit seats will follow the rules established by the PU Board, Bengaluru, or the Government of Karnataka. Selected candidates will be required to meet with the principal, accompanied by their parents, and provide the following documents:

  • Original marks card or provisional marks card from the previous school, with an attested copy. For ICSE, CBSE, NRI, and Foreign Students, the original and two attested copies are required.

  • Transfer certificates from the previous school, with students from districts other than Dakshina Kannada having their certificate countersigned by the block educational officer. Students from outside Karnataka must have their certificate countersigned by the DDPI.

  • Conduct Certificate from the previous school.

  • Ten passport-sized colour photographs with the background and name printed on them.

  • An attested copy of caste and income certificates (applicable to SC/ST/Group I, 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B candidates only).

  • Eligibility and migration certificates for ICSE, CBSE, NRI, and foreign students.

• Admission of foreign nationals is subject to specific requirements which include fulfilling the eligibility criteria, obtaining a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from the Ministry of Human Resource Development, possessing a valid passport and student Visa for the study period, and presenting an HIV Test Certificate.

• Students are advised to keep at least five attested copies of the original documents submitted, as the originals will not be returned until admission approval or course completion.

• Exam results, including monthly tests, terminal, preparatory, and annual exams, are sent to parents via SMS, and parents can also view them online through their Login ID and password.

• Eligibility for admission requires a pass certificate in SSLC or an equivalent examination with a minimum of 45% marks. 

• Admissions are offered through two categories: 50% of the seats are reserved under the management quota, based on merit, while the remaining 50% adhere to admission regulations set forth by the Pre-University Board in Bengaluru and the Government of Karnataka.
