The Ardee School, Sangolda

The Ardee School Goa provides admission from Pre-Primary to Class 12 to the students including AS and A level examinations. The parents have to first fill out an enquiry form and enter all the required details and proceed with the admission registration form after submitting it. In case the parents and students wish to visit the Ardee school campus, they can email or call the school office to fix an appointment.

Admission Process at The Ardee School Bardez

• The parents have to collect the enquiry form from the Ardee Bardez Junior School office.

• The parents have to submit the filled enquiry form in person at the office.

• The parents have to await intimation from the school admission authorities for interaction with the Head of Admission and the principal.

• After that, an appointment date and time will be given to the parents by the office.

• The parents will be informed about the results of their child’s interview through email.

• The procedure of the aptitude test will be followed if the child gets selected in the interview process.

• The parents will be emailed again regarding the result of the aptitude test and another meeting.

Documents Required for Ardee School Bardez Admissions

• The parents should bring 2 passport-size photographs of each of them and 6 passport-size photographs of the student.

• Original Birth certificate of the student for verification and photocopy for the school records.

• A photocopy of the proof of residence which includes the electricity bill, telephone bill and voter ID and the original of the same for verification.

• Aadhar card of both the parents is needed for verification.

• An Aadhar card of the student is required for verification (if available).

• A photocopy of the PAN card of the parent who will pay the school admission fees.

• Transfer certificate of the parents is required for verification during The Ardee School Bardez admission process.

• The student will have to bring his/her previous year's school report card for document verification.

• The admission fees for a respective class will be paid at the school’s admission office by the parents after they submit the admission form.

• The fees can be paid on a quarterly basis, yearly or half-yearly basis.

• If the parents have any doubts regarding the fee structure and refund policy, they should clarify during the time of admission.

• The transfer certificates of the parents will be issued subject to clearance of all cheques.

• The parents can pay the Adree school fees term/semester-wise or can pay the whole academic year fees in one go.
