Shemford Futuristic School offers admissions for toddlers from 3 years to Class 11.

• For junior classes (up to Class 2) there is no written admission test, and no interviews are conducted.

• For classes below Class 3, informal interactions or interviews will be conducted.

• From Class 3, students are required to undergo an interview and a written test. The test will cover subjects such as English, Hindi, mathematics, and any other subjects deemed necessary.

• Candidate selection is based on the child's performance in the test/ interview and the availability of seats in the respective class.

• The date of the interview results and the last date for fee submission will be provided during the test/ interview.

Documents Required for Admission

Parents or guardians of students who have been offered admission must provide the following documents along with their registration forms:

• Four copies of passport-size photographs of the child, as well as one photograph of each parent, duly affixed on the form.

• A photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the municipal/ civil authorities.

• A photocopy of the latest progress report card.

• A photocopy of the transfer certificate issued by the previous school. If transferred from other states, the transfer certificate must be signed by the District Education Officer (DEO), although this requirement does not apply to pre-primary classes.

• A photocopy of proof of residence (such as a copy of the Aadhar card, voter's ID, passport, or ration card).

• A certificate issued by a registered medical practitioner, detailing the vaccinations and immunisations that the child has undergone. The school should also be informed about any existing ailments or health conditions, if applicable.
