The Blue Mountains School, Ootacamund

The Blue Mountains School is also known as TBMS which was established in 1961. It is affiliated with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE). It is managed by the Fredrick Gordon Pearce Educational and Charitable Trust. The Blue Mountains School is a privately owned, co-ed, English medium school in Ootacamund. 

 The Blue Mountains school offers admission from Pre-Primary to Class 12 including the AS and A level exams to the students. It offers PCM, PCB, Commerce and Arts streams for higher secondary students. TBMS school is located in Ootacamund, Nilgiris in Tamil Nadu. 

Some co-curricular activities of The Blue Mountains school include through the week classes and workshops in art, needlecraft, singing, woodwork, gardening, and cooking, quiz-debate competitions, weekend trips organised by the school like treks, walk, hikes, field visits and micro economic projects for the students. Also, music, piano, guitar and keyboard classes are held twice a week for interested students.
