Kodaikanal International School admissions are provided to students from 1st to 12th. The school accepts applications for KIS admissions throughout the year. 

Here are general steps to apply for Kodaikanal International School admission:

• First of all, go to the official website.

• Click on the ‘Apply’ button

• Submit an inquiry form. The form creates an ‘Open Apply’ account and fill the basic information about your family.

• Book a school tour by logging into your account. 

• To submit an application, login and click "Student Application" .

• After this, the school may conduct a test or interaction session with parents and students.

• After selection, the parents may have to pay the fees and submit other documents as specified by the admission officer.

Documents Required 

Apply early in the preceding academic year and submit application via the school’s online application platform.

The following documents is to be submitted:

• Application for admission, one form per family is required to be submitted

• Parent’s statement, one form for each child is required to be submitted

• Student’s application is to be filled if the student is applying for grades 4-12 

• 3 references for applicants are required to be submitted from:

                   Principal or Guidance Counselor of the student’s present school

                   A current teacher 

                   Another subject teacher teaching the student

• Scholastic records of the last three years of attendance in school to be completed, signed and stamped by the authorised school official. Not required for a student coming from an American or an International School, but an official transcript and a copy of recent standardised test results is needed. Photocopies of school reports to parents for the past three years must also be included.

• Photograph is to be attached to the Student’s Application form I-3, a recent family photograph can also be given

• Passport or birth certificate needs to be mailed to the admissions office.
