HVK Tanna Junior College of Commerce, Ghatkopar (East) was established in the year 1975. It is a co-ed school affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). The school conducts a variety of activities, such as seminars, arts and crafts, festival celebrations, yoga, recitation competitions, wall magazine decorations, music competitions, drawing competitions, story writing and dancing competitions and many other activities.

Ramji Assar Vidyalaya Wadi Trust is responsible for the management of the school. It provides various facilities, such as dance rooms, a library, labs, IT infrastructure, well-equipped classrooms and CCTV surveillance for the security of students.
