After the declaration of Odisha HS exam results, students who are not satisfied with their marks will be able to apply for Odisha CHSE 12th rechecking and re-addition 2026. The Odisha Plus Two rechecking application process will begin in May 2026. The last date to apply online will be in June 2026. Candidates will have to submit applications through the SBI Collect portal by paying the application fee per paper.

Students applying for Odisha CHSE 12th rechecking or re-addition 2026 will have to pay the prescribed fee online for each paper separately. Theory and practical papers are treated as separate papers for fee calculation purposes.

Note: In the Science stream, Biology-l (Botany) and Biology-ll (Zoology) are to be treated as separate papers (two papers) for re-checking/re-addition purposes.
The CHSE Odisha board conducts both online and offline valuation for different subjects. Students should carefully check whether their subjects fall under online or offline evaluation mode. They should also note that project papers and internal assessment subjects are not eligible for rechecking or re-addition.

Students applying for Odisha CHSE scrutiny/re-addition 2026 should follow all instructions carefully to avoid rejection of applications.
Use a valid mobile number and email ID.
One email ID and mobile number cannot be used for multiple students.
Students booked under malpractice (MP) cases are not eligible to apply.
Revaluation of answer scripts is not permitted by CHSE Odisha.
Rechecking is limited to checking unvalued answers and addition errors only.
Apply before the last date to avoid server issues or a late-hour rush.
Carefully verify roll number, stream, and subject details before final submission.
After the completion of the Odisha CHSE result rechecking and re-addition process, revised results, if any, will be sent to the respective schools and colleges through SAMS e-space. Students are advised to stay in touch with their institutions and regularly visit the official CHSE Odisha website for updates regarding revised marks and scrutiny results.
CHSE Odisha provides answer scripts differently based on the mode of evaluation.
For subjects evaluated online, students will receive an SMS and email containing a link to download scanned copies of their answer scripts along with the score sheet. Candidates can access the documents using OTP verification through their registered mobile number or email ID. No hard copy will be issued for online-evaluated papers.
For subjects evaluated offline, no download link will be provided. Students can apply for photocopies of answer scripts after the declaration of rechecking results by contacting CHSE Odisha through the official email process.
Students who notice unvalued answers, mark addition errors, or other discrepancies in their answer scripts can submit complaints within the prescribed timeline.
Complaints must be filed separately for each paper using the same link provided for downloading the answer scripts.
CHSE Odisha will not accept complaints offline or by hand. In case students do not receive the download link or face technical issues while accessing answer scripts, they should report the issue through the official email before the deadline.
Students are also advised to save the acknowledgement slip generated after complaint submission for future reference.
