• Click on, ‘CET 2025-26 Registration’ from the ‘CET Corner’ section flashing on the right side of the homepage.
• Read all the important instructions listed on the page. Scroll down and tick the checkbox. Now click on, ‘Submit’.
• A new window will appear. Click on the ‘Registration’ link flashing on the right side of the page.
• Fill in all the personal information asked like the student’s name, Gender, Class in which admission is sought, etc. correctly.
• Fill in the email ID and Mobile number. Now click on ‘Submit’.
• Note down the system-generated application number. The candidate’s Application number will also be sent to his/her email address and phone number.
• Use the Application number to log in and check CET form status 2025.
• Upload the official documents in the format asked on the website. Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of their photos and signatures. Documents have to be in JPG or JPEG format with a size not more than 500KB.
• Pay the fees using the payment gateway from the options mentioned on the website.
• After the payment is made successfully, RMS will send a system-generated Registration number on the candidate's mobile number and email address. Keep it safe as it will be required for downloading the ‘Acknowledgement Receipt’.

• Educational Qualification:

a) Candidates should have passed or studied in class 5 to be eligible for RMS class 6 admission. They should have passed class 5 before the date of admission to Rashtriya Military School.

b) For class 9 RMS Belgaum admission, candidates should have passed class 8 from a government-recognized school before the date of admission to the Rashtriya Military School. They should also preferably know sufficient English which is the medium of instruction in Rashtriya Military Schools.

Note: Candidates studying in Class 5 and Class 8 are eligible to appear in the respective Entrance Test

• Age Criteria:

Children aged 10 to 12 years as of March 31, 2025 (born between April 1, 2013 and March 31, 2015, inclusive) are eligible for admission to Class VI. Additionally, those aged 13 to 15 years as of March 31, 2025 (born between April 1, 2010 and March 31, 2012, inclusive) may apply for admission to Class IX. A six-month extension to the upper age limit is allowed for the children of personnel who have been killed in action.

RMS Ajmer Admission CET Exam Syllabus 2025-26

Candidates seeking admission to Rashtriya Military School Ajmer must start with their preparation for the CET exam 2024. Below given is the syllabus design of CET 2025-26 for Class 6 and CET 2025-26 for Class 9.

RMS CET 2025-26 Class 9 Syllabus

• For admission to class 9 RMS Ajmer, the written exam will be conducted at the class 8th level.
• The medium of the question paper will be bilingual (Hindi and English).
• CET 2025-26 exam for class 9 will be a total of 200 marks.
• CET Paper 1 will have 3 subjects - English, Hindi and Social Science. The minimum percentage to qualify for Paper 1 is 50%.
• CET Paper 2 will have Maths and Science subjects carrying equal weightage each. Candidates will be required to score a minimum of 50% in Paper 2 to qualify.

RMS CET Class 6 Syllabus 2025-26

• For admission in class 6 RMS, the written exam will be of Class 5 level.

• The medium of the question paper will be both Hindi and English.

• The CET exam 2025-25 for class 6 will be a total of 200 marks.

• The intelligence test section, mathematics, general knowledge, and current affairs section will each carry 50 marks. Students will require at least 40% marks in these sections to qualify.

• The English subject section will carry 50 marks. Candidates will be required to qualify in this section even though English marks will not be counted in the final merit.
