RMS CET Application 2027-28 Starts: Know Changes in Admission Process, Fees, Age Limit
The National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct the Rashtriya Military School Common Entrance Test 2027-28 (RMS CET) for the academic year 2027-28. The RMS CET application 2027-28 commenced on September 23, 2026 and will continue till October 20, 2026. This year, the NTA implemented significant changes to the RMS 2027-28 age limit, application fees, etc. Previously, the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT) conducted the RMS CET exam.

Based on the latest RMS admission notification, students aged 10 to 13 years and 13 to 16 years are eligible to appear in the CET for Class 6 and Class 9, respectively. To fill the RMS admission 2027-28 application form, students will have to visit the official website at exams.nta.nic.in/rmscet/. Those who complete the application form before the deadline will be able to appear in the Common Entrance Test. The Rashtriya Military School CET 2027-28 will be conducted on December 13, 2026.

RMS CET Age Criteria 2027-28 Revised
NTA has increased the age limit for appearing in the RMS CET exam for Classes 6 and 9. Students can check the latest age limit before applying.

RMS CET Application Fees 2027-28
Students need to pay the following application fees to submit their RMS CET application form. The application fees have been revised for all categories. This year, NTA will allow students to apply after the deadline with a late fee of Rs 500.
