MP Board 10th Result 2018MP Board 10th Result 2018 – Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced the MP Board 10th result on May 14, 2018. MP Board class 10 exam was conducted from March 5 to 31, 2018. Candidates appeared for the exam can view their MP Board 10th result 2018 online by logging with their roll number and application number. The overall pass percentage in MP Board 10th result is 66. In class 10th MP Board, Harshvardhan Parmar and Anamika bagged the first position. The board has also announced the state-wise and district-wise merit lists along with overall statistics. Students can access their marksheet through the Unique Quick Response (QR) code introduced by the board last year. Besides, the board also issues original marksheet and pass certificates to candidates a few days after the declaration of MPBSE HSC Result. In 2018, a total of 819929 students appeared, out of which 5,45,137 passed the exam . The pass percentage among girls is 69.34 while it is 64.09 among boys. MP Board 10th Result 2018 – Merit list

MPBSE releases a merit list of candidates securing ranks in the exam. The merit list contains a candidate’s roll number, name, division, total marks out of 600 and rank. The merit list will be available in PDF file. Last year, the first position was bagged by Dev Prakash Majhi, his total marks was 587. The second rank was shared by Anchal Sangitra and Jayant Patel, both scored 585 marks. The third rank was secured jointly by Srijan Srivastav and Sushma Rajput, they both scored 583 marks.

 

MP Board 10th Result 2018 – What is Best of five policy?

The passing marks of candidates will be calculated on the basis of percentage obtained from the five highest scores, out of six subjects. Therefore, if a student fail in a particular subject then they will be promoted to the next grade on the basis of the passing marks acquired from the remaining five.

 

MP Board 10th Result - Unique Quick Response (QR) code

In 2017, MPBSE had introduced a Unique Quick Response (QR) code that will help students access their mark sheets and school documents with a mobile app. Candidates are not required to carry the original documents everywhere.
