The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti declared the JNVST 6th & 9th results on March 25, 2025, along with the students' provisionally selected list. After the Navodaya result 2025, students can proceed with the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya admission based on the admission formalities and by submitting documents as per the NVS forms. Students can download the admission forms in prescribed formats, fill them with the relevant details and submit them to their JNV principals. Parents can approach the JNV principals directly.
Candidates must submit all the important documents like proof of DOB, passing, residence certificates, Aadhar card, medical fitness certificate, etc. Once students fill out and submit the JNVST Class 6 admission and NVS Class 9 admission forms, the Vidyalaya will verify the documents, followed by the candidate’s admission. After the NVS result declaration, students and their parents are required to apply for the Jawahar Navodaya Admission formalities as per the Navodaya norms.

Take a printout and fill the form properly.
Now, submit this form to the respective JNV where a student was selected in the JNVST merit list 2025.
Along with this, students need to submit the documents required for Navodaya Vidyalaya admission 2025 along with the admission form filling.

Candidate’s Aadhar card
Passing certificate
Valid residential proof from the Government. of India
Proof of date of birth
Certificate by the School’s Head master regarding study details
Medical fitness certificate
A certificate from the competent authority stating that the student had studied in the respective class in a school located in a rural area
Category certificate
Disability certificate (if applicable)
Transfer certificate (upon student admission confirmation)
Students who are provisionally selected for admission will be given admission only after the document verification and confirmation by the JNV. Parents can apply for their child’s transfer certificate once the JNV confirms the admission. They can directly approach the JNV principal for student admission. Student admission to JNVs is free of cost. Candidates are not required to pay any fees regarding the Navodaya Vidyalaya admission.
Students will have to fill out the Navodaya Vidyalaya Admission form and submit the required documents to get admission in JNV.
No, students are not required to pay any fees for the Navodaya Vidyalaya admission. The JNV Class 6 admission is free of cost.

the JNVST (Jawahar navodya vidhayalya selection test) was conducted on January 18 2025 for class 6th .
the expected result date for the JNSVT exam is March 2025 .

as it is said the expected result date is March 2025 students should note that it is a tentative date i.e it is the expected date and not the official date .
