The Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti released the JNVST 6th Class Selection List for Phase 1 on March 25, 2025. The NVS 6th Class selection list 2025 was released through the respective schools. The selection list for the NVS Phase 2 exam will be released in May 2025 along with the Navodaya result. The NVS Samiti provided the Navodaya Class VI selection list 2025 online in PDF format. It will contain the names of the selected students. Around 80 students in each JNV are selected for admission to Class 6. These students need to submit their documents for further processing

Students can download the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Selection List For Class 6 online by following the steps below.
Step 1: Visit the official website of the NVS Samiti at navodaya.gov.in.
Step 2: Click on the “JNVST Class VI Selection List 2025” link on the homepage.
Step 3: The Navodaya 6th Class Selection List will be displayed on the screen.
Step 4: Search for your name, roll number and DOB.
Step 5: Download the region-wise JNVST merit list for Class VI in PDF format.
Step 6: Take a printout of the Selection list PDF and save it for future reference.
Note: Students can visit their respective schools to check out the JNVST 6th Class selection list 2025.
Students who want to check if they are selected in the JNVST Class VI exam will have to check the merit list PDF released by the NVS. They can check their name by pressing the “CTRL+F” keys on their keyboard. If the candidate's name is displayed in the Navodaya selection list, it means that the student has been selected. Students will have to score the required cut-off marks to be eligible for the JNVST selection list. Candidates can check out the NVS cut-off scores to learn more about how much a student should score to pass the JNSVT examination for Class 6.

Once the student is selected in the Navodaya Vidyalaya Class VI Selection list 2025, they are required to proceed for the JNVST Class 6 admission. They need to download the admission form and enter all the relevant details followed by attaching all the required documents as per the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti norms. After filling out the application form and document submission, the NVS authorities will verify the documents based on which the student's admission is confirmed.
Students will have to visit the official website at navodaya.gov.in to check the Navodaya selection status online. They can check the list if they have been selected in the Merit List PDF by pressing the ctrl+F keys.
If the student’s name is not on the NVS 6th selection list, they will have to look out for the waiting list. Alternatively, students can also explore other top school admission like Sainik School Admission.
The NVS Samiti authorities will confirm the student admission after the Navodaya 2025 selection list.

as it is said the expected result date is March 2025 students should note that it is a tentative date i.e it is the expected date and not the official date .
