Assam HS 1st & 2nd Year Exam Dates 2026 - AHSEC Half Yearly Routine PDF @ahsec.assam.gov.in
Through an official notification, the Assam State School Education Board (formerly AHSEC) released the timeline of academic events for HS students. The Assam Board will release the AHSEC half-yearly routine 2026-27 in August 2026 for the first and second year students. The ASSEB Class 12 half-yearly exams are scheduled for September 2026, while Class 11 half-yearly exams will be conducted in November 2026. Students can access and download the Assam HS half-yearly exam routine from the official website, ahsec.assam.gov.in. The schools/colleges will also distribute the exam schedule offline.

AHSEC Half-Yearly Exam 2026-27: Important Guidelines for Students
The Assam Board issued several instructions regarding the conduct of the half-yearly exams. Students should be familiar with these guidelines to avoid any confusion.
The half-yearly exams will be strictly conducted as per the exam calendar as notified by ASSEB.
The District Level Internal Examination Committee (DLIEC) will prepare the question papers for the half-yearly exams for Higher Secondary Schools, Senior Secondary Schools, Colleges, and Universities.
Half-yearly exams are mandatory for both Class 11 and Class 12 students.
Colleges and Universities following the semester system are exempted from conducting Unit Test 1 and Unit Test 2. However, conducting the half-yearly exams remains compulsory.
