NTSE Gujarat 2020- GSEB has released the official Gujarat NTSE answer key 2020 on November 8, 2019. Students can challenge the provision answer key till November 17, 2019. The stage 1 exam was conducted in two shifts on November 3 for class 10 students from the state. The admit card was issued on October 22. Students can download the same using the link given below. Students could submit the NTSE Gujarat application form 2020 till September 16, 2019. However, the last date to submit the application fee was September 17, 2019. NTSE Gujarat 2020 stage 1 exam will be held on November 3, 2019, . Candidates can download their NTSE 2020 Admit card now from the official website i.e. sebexam.orpgujarat.com or from the link provided below. Shortlisted candidates will appear for stage 2 of NTSE exam through NTSE 2020 Gujarat.

NTSE Gujarat Answer Key 2020

The answer key for NTSE Gujarat 2020 has been released officially in the form of pdf on November 8, 2019. Students can send their objections online by entering their roll number and date of birth till November 17, 2019. NTSE Answer Key consists of correct answers for questions asked in MAT and SAT. It helps students to check their answers and calculate their expected scores in the exam.

NTSE Gujarat Result 2020

The board will announce the result on the official website in the month of January 2020. NTSE result contains marks obtained in SAT, MAT, and overall merit scores of each candidate. GSEB will release a merit list of selected students who are qualified for NTSE stage 2 exam which will be conducted on May 10, 2020, by NCERT

NTSE Gujarat Cut off 2020

The cut off of NTSE Gujarat 2020 will be declared along with the result in the month of March.GSEB will release a cut off for students from each category (general, SC, ST, PH). Students must check NTSE cutoff as per their category to know if they are qualified for stage 2 or not.

NTSE 2020 Scholarship

A total of 2,000 students are given merit-based scholarships by NCERT under NTSE programme. Aspirants who qualify stage 1 will participate in the final stage of the talent search exam. Students must go through the table to know the category wise NTSE scholarship details:

NTSE 2020 Gujarat Eligibility Criteria

NCERT has laid down the eligibility criteria for NTSE stage 1 exams. One must satisfy the below mentioned NTSE eligibility criteria to appear in the exam.

  • Candidate must be pursuing class 10 in the current academic year of 2019-20.

  • Students must secure at least 55% marks in class 9 to be eligible for the NTSE exam.

  • Those who have appeared for class 10 board examinations in 2019 are not eligible.

  • Candidates must have studied in government, private or Top Schools in Gujarat.

  • Open Distance Learning students are also eligible such that their age is not above 18 years.

  • NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Application Form

Gujarat board has released the applications for Gujarat NTSE 2020 from August 13 in the online mode on the official website. The last date to fill NTSE online application form is September 14, 2019. Check the steps given below to apply for NTSE Gujarat 2020.

How to fill the Gujarat NTSE 2020 Application form?

  • Click on the given link or visit the official website i.e. Sebexam.orpgujarat.com

  • Enter the required credential in the login window.

  • Click on ‘Upload photograph’ and upload then upload the recent photo in .jpg format (Size of the photograph should not exceed 20kb).

  • Click on ‘Confirm Application’

  • Select payment method for NTSE Gujarat 2020.

  • Print application card/ challan from a dialogue box titled ‘Print Application form/ Challan.

Note: Examination fee for NTSE Gujarat exam 2020 is Rs 70/- for General category applicants, and Rs 50/- for the reserved categories.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Admit Card

Students can download their admit card now. The admit card of Gujarat NTSE has been released on October 22, 2019. Students are advised to download their hall ticket before the conduction of the exam. Candidates must follow the steps given below to download the NTSE Admit Card

  • Visit the official website of GSEB

  • Click on the link of ‘Print Hall Pass’

  • Enter the NTSE application number.

  • Fill your application number details and click on enter.

  • Download and print a copy of the hall pass.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Exam Pattern

Only Mental Ability Test ( MAT ) and Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) are included in NTSE Gujarat. A total of 200 questions are asked in the exam, 100 questions from each test. As per NTSE exam pattern, each question is for 1 mark, and there will be no negative marking. For complete details on exam pattern of NTSE 2020 Gujarat, see the following table.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Syllabus

GSEB or NCERT do not prescribe NTSE syllabus for stage 1, so students must refer to class 9th and CBSE class 10 syllabus. Candidates have to refer to the official PDF that gives information on SAT and MAT. They can use the same to hone their preparation. Students must refer NCERT syllabus as it is similar to NTSE Syllabus

Mental Ability Test - Questions that include logical reasoning and problem-solving skills of the students.

Scholastic Ability Test - Factual knowledge of students in Mathematics, Science and Social Science is tested.

How to Prepare for NTSE Gujarat 2020?

Students should follow the NTSE Preparation tips mentioned below to qualify Stage 1 exam:

  • Study on a regular basis and do your best. Devote time for each topic and take breaks during study to keep mind fresh.

  • Analyze the syllabus and exam pattern and prepare a timetable accordingly

when will ntse result for wb be announced?

Hi,

Ntse stage 1 exam was held in the Month of November 2019. The result for ntse stage 1 exam is declared by respective scert. Many states have declared their result. So it is expected that soon the result for wb ntse will be declared most probably in Second week of March 2020. You can check the official website scholarships.wbsed.gov.in for result.

Sorry to hear that you are not selected. In this selection procedure they take the top students only. I mean there will be many people who might have scored more than the cut off,at that time there will be a limit to the selection procedure so they take according to that count only. In that the top students will be shortlisted. You might have qualified but not selected because of more competition and more students above you. Hope this is useful

when will Delhi ntse result be announced

NTSE Delhi results will get declared in the month of February, so it may be anytime soon.The result will be in the form of pdf format mentioning the roll number, name, category of the candidate along with total marks including that of MAT score and SAT score.

When will be ntse stage 1 result will be declared in Punjab? Result of Haryana and Karnatka is already been declared.

SCERTs have declared the result of NTSE 2020 stage 1 Punjab, Odisha Telangana, and other states. Students can check the NTSE 2020 result stage 1 in the form of merit list. NTSE stage 1 result 2020 pdf contains roll numbers of selected students and their marks. The exam authority has also released the cut off marks with NTSE result 2020.

Students who qualify in NTSE Stage 1 will be eligible to appear for the stage 2 exam. NCERT will conduct the stage 2 exam on May 10, 2020. SCERTs also send the NTSE exam result 2020 to the respective schools. NTSE exam 2020 stage 1 exam was conducted on November 2, 3 & 17, 2019. NTSE 2020 result for stage 2 will be announced by NCERT on ncert.nic.in in August 2020.

What is the cut off of NTSE STAGE 1 PUNJAB in marks?

Hello,

The expected cut off is as follows for NTSE stage 1 Punjab is as follows for each category

  • General: 130-140
  • SC: 110-120
  • ST: 85-95

The official cut off is yet to be announced.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly based on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.
