NTSE Gujarat Answer Key 2020

The answer key for NTSE Gujarat 2020 has been released officially in the form of pdf on November 8, 2019. Students can send their objections online by entering their roll number and date of birth till November 17, 2019. NTSE Answer Key consists of correct answers for questions asked in MAT and SAT. It helps students to check their answers and calculate their expected scores in the exam.

NTSE Gujarat Result 2020

The board has announced the result on the official website on March 28, 2020. NTSE result contains marks obtained in SAT, MAT, and overall merit scores of each candidate. GSEB will release a merit list of selected students who are qualified for NTSE stage 2 exam which will be conducted on May 10, 2020, by NCERT

NTSE Gujarat Cut off 2020

The cut off of NTSE Gujarat 2020 will be declared along with the result in the month of March.GSEB will release a cut off for students from each category (general, SC, ST, PH). Students must check NTSE cutoff as per their category to know if they are qualified for stage 2 or not.

NTSE 2020 Gujarat Eligibility Criteria

NCERT has laid down the eligibility criteria for NTSE stage 1 exams. One must satisfy the below mentioned NTSE eligibility criteria to appear in the exam.

  • Candidate must be pursuing class 10 in the current academic year of 2019-20.

  • Students must secure at least 55% marks in class 9 to be eligible for the NTSE exam.

  • Those who have appeared for class 10 board examinations in 2019 are not eligible.

  • Candidates must have studied in government, private or Top Schools in Gujarat.

  • Open Distance Learning students are also eligible such that their age is not above 18 years.

  • NMMS scholarship holders are also eligible.

Gujarat board has released the applications for Gujarat NTSE 2020 from August 13 in the online mode on the official website. The last date to fill NTSE online application form is September 14, 2019. Check the steps given below to apply for NTSE Gujarat 2020.

How to fill the Gujarat NTSE 2020 Application form?

  • Click on the given link or visit the official website i.e. Sebexam.orpgujarat.com

  • Enter the required credential in the login window.

  • Click on ‘Upload photograph’ and upload then upload the recent photo in .jpg format (Size of the photograph should not exceed 20kb).

  • Click on ‘Confirm Application’

  • Select payment method for NTSE Gujarat 2020.

  • Print application card/ challan from a dialogue box titled ‘Print Application form/ Challan.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Admit Card

Students can download their admit card now. The admit card of Gujarat NTSE has been released on October 22, 2019. Students are advised to download their hall ticket before the conduction of the exam. Candidates must follow the steps given below to download the NTSE Admit Card

  • Enter the NTSE application number.

NTSE Gujarat 2020 Exam Pattern

Only Mental Ability Test ( MAT ) and Scholastic Ability Test (SAT) are included in NTSE Gujarat. A total of 200 questions are asked in the exam, 100 questions from each test. GSEB or NCERT do not prescribe NTSE syllabus for stage 1, so students must refer to class 9th and CBSE class 10 syllabus. Candidates have to refer to the official PDF that gives information on SAT and MAT. They can use the same to hone their preparation. Students must refer NCERT syllabus as it is similar to NTSE Syllabus

Mental Ability Test - Questions that include logical reasoning and problem-solving skills of the students.

Scholastic Ability Test - Factual knowledge of students in Mathematics, Science and Social Science is tested.

National Talent Search Examination is conducted every year for selecting around 2000 students, providing them with NTSE scholarships.
NTSE stage 1 results have been declared by state conducting authorities.
NTSE stage 2 for those who cleared stage 1 is scheduled to be held on 10th May 2020 by NCERT.
As of now there is no change in its date. So, it is still scheduled on May 10th.
So, keep preparing for it. Any change would be notified officially by NCERT on official website, so be updated woth it regularly.

the eligibility criteria for NTSE2020-21 is as mentioned below

  1. Candidates should be registered with the State/UT exam conducting body. (Only Indian nationals)
  2. The candidates who are in class X can also apply for the test.
  3. The candidates who want to give NTSE exam in class X should have cleared class IX examination from a recognized board and scored  minimum of 60% marks.
  4. The candidates must have obtained degree recognized by the board.
  5. The students who have completed/appearing for class 10 th examination and are registered under Open Distance Learning (ODL) can appear for the NTSE exam. The candidate must be below 18 years of age and must not be employed.

Ntse means National Talent Search Exam which is conducted to give scholarships to the students who are highly taled as government will provide them scholarships as cutoff marks will be based on category and resevations and no.of seats available for the candidates, no.of candidates appeared for the exam and difficulty level of the  question paper ,and previous year cutoff marks are taken into consideration and you should get maximum of 75 percent of the marks to the total marks in ntse of Chandigarh  and  so that study well and work hard to get good marks All the best for your future and i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.

The NTSE stage 1, was already conducted in the months of November- December, 2019 in different states. The results are being declared by different states. The stage 2 for NTSE is scheduled to be on 10 May, 2020. Till now, no official statement has been passed for the postponement of the exam. You must keep an eye on the official website for updates.
