Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan schools across India conducted the pre-board examinations for Classes 10 and 12 during December 2025 and January 2026. The KV pre-board exams were organised to help students evaluate their preparation level ahead of the CBSE board exams. As per the usual practice followed by KV schools, the KVS pre-board result 2026 will be declared at the school level, either through Parent-Teacher meetings or by issuing offline marksheets to students.
For most Kendriya Vidyalayas, the KV pre-board result 2026 is expected to be announced by the end of January 2026. With the CBSE board exams scheduled to begin from February 17, 2026, students are advised to carefully analyse their pre-board performance and create a focused study plan to improve weak areas.

The marks obtained in the KV pre-board examinations are not added to the final CBSE board results.
