The Directorate of Government Examinations, Telangana, has established the TS SSC grading system for evaluating performance. The students are assessed based on their performance and are awarded suitable grades for each subject. The Telangana Board SSC grading system 2026 is an 8-point grading system, where A1 holds the highest grade (91-100), and E is the lowest grade (00-34). The marks obtained by the students are categorised into categories, and the grades are awarded to the candidates.

TS SSC Passing Marks 2026
To understand the TS Class 10 grading system 2026, students must go through the subject-wise passing marks. The students need to score the TS SSC passing marks to qualify for the Class 10 board examination for the Telangana Board. Students need 35% marks out of 100 to qualify for the examination, except for the second language exam, in which they need 20% marks.

Changes in Telangana Board Class 10 Grading System 2026
The Telangana government announced major changes in the TS SSC grading system. The details of the latest changes are mentioned below for the reference of the students.
From 2025-26, the Telangana board has discontinued the grading system. The evaluation has been shifted to a mark-based system.
Earlier, the internal assessment carried 20 marks, which was added to the final score. Now, this criterion has been removed, and the entire examination will now carry 100 marks.
