  1. Next, they have to scan and upload at least one valid document related to the reserved category (disadvantaged group or weaker section) with the application.

  2. After submission, the applicant must download and safely keep the portal-generated acknowledgement receipt and verification form.

  • The RTE MP admission process: Once the online lottery concludes and an allotment letter is generated, the applicant must report to the assigned school. The RTE MP admission is finalised by the nodal officer after verifying the allotment letter and all original supporting documents.

  • Verification of credentials: The school and the Nodal Officer will conduct a final review of the student's eligibility documents (Age, Category, and Residence) to ensure they match the verified data from the portal before formally securing the seat.

Important Instructions for RTE Admission

  1. Restriction on re-admission: Any applicant who has previously received free education in a private school, or is currently enrolled in a private school under this provision, is ineligible to apply again.

  2. Document Retention: After completing the online application, applicants must safely keep the acknowledgement receipt (pavti) and the verification form.

  3. Mandatory Physical Verification: Once the online application is submitted, the applicant must download the verification form from the RTE portal. It is mandatory to visit the designated Jan Shiksha Kendra (Public Education Centre) within the specified timeline with original documents, photographs, the verification form, and the online receipt.
