Students who are interested in applying for the CBSE Single Daughter Scholarship 2025 must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same. To apply for the CBSE SGC Scholarship 2025-26, applicants must meet the following requirements:
The student must be the only girl child of her parents.
Must have secured 70% or more marks in the CBSE Class 10 board exam 2025.
Must be currently studying in Class 11 or 12 in a CBSE-affiliated school.
Tuition fee should not exceed INR 2,500 per month in Class 10 and should not be more than INR 3,000 per month in Class XI and XII.
NRI applicants are also eligible, provided their tuition fee does not exceed INR 6,000 per month.
The applicant must be an Indian national.
The family’s gross annual income should not be more than INR 8 lakhs.
Renewal of the scholarship will require at least 70% aggregate marks in Class 11 and continued study in a CBSE-affiliated school.

The CBSE Single Girl Child Scholarship aims to encourage girls’ education and reduce the financial burden on families. Some of the benefits of the CBSE SGC Scholarship include:
Selected applicants will get a scholarship amount of INR 1,000 per month.
The amount is credited directly to the beneficiary’s bank account through ECS/NEFT.

For each additional subject: Rs. 320
Late fee (after the due date): Rs. 2,000
