The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has announced the PSEB 10th result 2025 on May 16, 2025, at 2:30 pm. However, the Punjab board publishes the online result marksheet in provisional form on its official website. Still, it's useful for further admission in Class 11. But later, students need to submit the PSEB 10th original marksheet.

After the provisional PSEB 10th result is published online, the original marksheet is provided in hard copy format. To download the PSEB Class 10 provisional result 2025, proceed with the following steps:

  1. Visit the official website at pseb.ac.in

  2. Click on the "Results" tab located in the top menu.

  3. Select the link for “Matriculation Examination Result 2025” or “Class 10 Result 2025”.

  4. Enter your Roll Number or Name in the provided field.

  5. Click on “Submit” to view your result.

  6. Your provisional marksheet will be displayed on the screen.

  7. Download and save the marksheet for future reference.

Steps to Collect PSEB 10th Original Marksheet 2025

The original marksheet is not available online. It must be collected physically from their respective school. The online version is provisional and for immediate reference only.

  1. Wait for Notification from the School

    • After the PSEB 10 result is declared online, the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) sends the original marksheets and certificates to all affiliated schools.

    • The school will notify the candidate (via notice board, SMS, or WhatsApp) when the Punjab Board 10th marksheets are available.

  2. Visit the School in Person

    • Go to the school on the date mentioned for distribution.

    • Carry a school ID card or roll number slip for verification.

  3. Sign the Acknowledgement Register

    • Most schools require students to sign an acknowledgement register when collecting official documents.

  4. Collect the Original Marksheet

    • The school will hand over your original Class 10 marksheet along with:

      • Provisional Certificate

      • Migration Certificate (if applicable)

      • Character Certificate

  5. Verify the Details

    • Before leaving, check that all the details (your name, roll number, subject-wise marks, PSEB 10 result status) are correct on the marksheet.

  6. Contact the School/Board for Corrections (if needed)

You fail in the language of Punjabi in Punjab secondary Education Board class 10 examination then you will be declared as compartmental candidate in which you have to appear for the language of Punjabi in the next year 10 class examination of Punjab secondary Education Board. You Have to appear for one subject compartmental or supplementary examination in the next year examination of class 10 of PSEB.

Punjab Board has declared the online PSEB Class 10 result 2021 on May 17, 2021. The results will available in the official website pseb.ac.in soon. Keep an eye on the official website as the results will be available soon. Candidates need to need to enter their roll number to view the Punjab School Education Board 10th result 2021.  Punjab Board releases the PSEB 10th Class result 2021 online and via SMS so that students can access the result conveniently. For SMS Type an SMS in the format: PB10 <Roll No> and send to 5676750. Once the results link will be activated in the official website you can access your results through SMS also.

The passing marks vary depending on the board in which you are taking the exam. For instance, if you are appearing for the CBSE board exams, the passing percentage is 33%. Therefore, to pass, you would need to score at least 26 out of 80 marks or 23 out of 70 marks.
