Steps to Fill Out SAMS Odisha +2 Admission Form 2025

Visit the official website, samsodisha.gov.in.
Visit the “Higher Secondary School (+2)” link.
Click on the “Student login” and register by entering the required credentials (student’s name, phone number and email ID) in case you do not have an existing account.
Once the registration is done, candidates will receive a six-digit OTP on their registered mobile number.
Enter the OTP and generate a password. Make sure to keep the password safe, as it will come in handy while logging into the student portal.
After that, login to the SAMS application using the same user name and password given during the registration process.
Go to the “Application Form” link to access the online CAF.
Create the user profile by entering the candidate’s name, number and email ID and submit.
Once submitted successfully, go to the “CAF Apply” and fill out the online application form carefully by entering the required information in the given field.
Then, click on the “Save and Processed” tab.
Pay the requisite application fee and submit the application form.
