• In case of any discrepancy in the student's photograph, the principal is allowed to upload the student's photograph again through the 'UPDATE OPTION' in the college login. This is the last chance to correct the discrepancy in the student's portrait, no opportunity will be given for correction of the portrait in the future and if any discrepancies are found, the principal will be directly responsible
• To delete the name of any student from the list of students whose draft admit card has been received, the principal should enter the appropriate reason (SHORTAGE OF ATTENDANCE, FEES NOT PAID, NOT ADMITTED, TC ISSUED, DISCONTINUED, DEATH, etc.) through REMOVE OPTION in the college login.
• A student's information cannot be added again after DELETE, so the principal should check before deleting it.
• All the online processes mentioned above shall be performed by the Principal of the college personally in his/her login before January 30, 2024. In case of any discrepancies in the information mentioned, the principal of the college will be directly responsible for further action.
