Go to the ‘Google Play Store’ on the mobile phone and download the ‘Bidyarthi’ app.
Open the Bidyarthi app and click on Menu >Scheme >National Means cum Merit Scholarship >Result > PDF.
Note - The result option is also highlighted at the top of the app menu. Click on the news highlight and wait a few seconds/minutes to download the result.
NMMS Assam Result 2025-26 - Method of Selection
For selecting the students, the following criteria will be applicable:
Students must pass both the tests, i.e., MAT and SAT, with at least 40 % marks in aggregate (SC/ST students, 32% marks). The student must have scored at least 55% mark or an equivalent grade in the Class 8 examination (50 % for SC/ST students).
Note - Currently, the number of NMMS Assam Scholarship quota is 2441.

To qualify for a scholarship,
The candidate who belongs to the general or OBC category should score 40% marks in both the MAT and the SAT exams.
The candidate who belongs to the SC/ST category should score 32 to 35% marks in both the MAT and the SAT exams.
These marks are considered the qualifying marks. The scholarship will be based on the number of seats available in your state, based on the marks the candidate scored; seats will be allotted accordingly.
