After the declaration of NTSE UP stage I exam, selected candidates are advised to prepare for stage II exam which will be conducted by NCERT on the National level. NTSE Stage II exam will be conducted on May 10, 2020. Students will be able to collect the admit card from the month of April 2020. The final NTSE Stage 2 Result 2020 will be declared by NCERT in the month of September 2020.
Students must remember that NTSE UP cutoff depends upon several factors such as the difficulty level of the question paper, maximum or minimum qualifying marks, etc. The cutoff will be released after the declaration of NTSE Uttar Pradesh Result 2020.

A: Yes, NTSE merit list only include the names of the selected candidates. This means the ones who have even gained the minimum qualifying marks will not be qualified for the stage II exam if their name is not mentioned in the merit list.
Q: Will I be getting NTSE scholarship if I gain 55-60 per cent marks in aggregate every year?
A: Selected candidates must score a minimum of 60 per cent marks in order to avail the scholarship every year. They should also remember that NTSE will not provide any scholarship further if they are availing several scholarships simultaneously. Also, if the candidate have taken any job with reimbursement, they will not get NTSE scholarship.

The total marks of NTSE have been increased from 150 to 200 along with the removal of the language test. The official cut off will be released along with the result. The cutoff is expected to be around 140.
