What is Included in the Assam HSLC Rechecking Process 2026?

Students must note that the rechecking of answer scripts does not mean re-evaluation of the answer sheets. The HSLC Assam SEBA rechecking process includes -

• Re-totalling of marks awarded by the examiner.

• Assessment of answers which have been left out unevaluated.

• Correction of wrong entry of marks of any nature.

• Rechecking results will be informed to the student within 30 days from the last date of application received, by email or SMS only.

• In case of any change in marks, the revised certificates or marksheets will be issued to students upon the submission of the original certificate to the board’s office.

• Step 5: Enter all the necessary information mentioned in the application form and pay the required fees online.

Note: The portal link for re-checking and obtaining the answer scripts with the answer key is only open after two days of the result declaration. Candidates must apply within 15 days of the date of the link opening. Incomplete applications are rejected immediately.
