If you have qualified for the board examination from the Maharashtra Board with 86%, you can take admission in ML Dahanukar College . The students need to fulfil the eligibility criteria and clear the cut-off marks released by the college. Last year, in 2024-25, the cut-off marks for the commerce stream were 75%.

The practical exams for the Maharashtra SSC board are conducted as part of the internal assessment for subjects. The Maharashtra Board practical exams are primarily conducted by the respective schools.  For most subjects (like Science and Languages), the total marks are 100, split as 80 marks for the theory paper (written board exam) and 20 marks for Internal Assessment/Practicals.

Subjects with Practicals/Internal Assessment include:

• Science: A practical exam involving experiments, a journal/notebook, and possibly a viva voce.
• Mathematics: Includes assignments/journals and practical work
• Social Science: The 20 marks are generally for internal assessments like assignments and MCQs/tests
• Languages (English, Marathi, Hindi, etc.): The 20 marks are for oral tests and other internal components like assignments/projects, which test listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills
