BSEB 10th, 12th Subjects

The Bihar board offers various subject options for 10th and 12th-grade students. BSEB offers Hindi, English, Maths, Science, Social Science and various other subjects in Class 10. For the BSEB 12th, students have the option to choose subjects based on their stream, i.e., Science, Commerce, and Arts. BSEB 10th, 12th Passing Marks 2027

Students who appear for the Bihar board exam 2027 must score a minimum of 30% marks in the theory paper. While in aggregate, students must score a minimum of 33% to pass the examination. In case a student fails to score the minimum BSEB passing marks, then they will have to reappear in the BSEB supplementary examination 2027. The board offers a second chance to students to save their academic year. However, if a student still did not pass the supplementary exam, then they will have to repeat the year.

How to Apply for Admission to BSEB Class 11?

The BSEB board has started the Class 11th admission process, and the application process was conducted from May 29 to June 1, 2026, through the Online Facilitation System for Students (OFFS). Using the OFSS, students can enrol in Intermediate art/ science/ commerce/ agriculture/ vocational in BSEB-affiliated colleges/schools (except Minority Institutions and Residential Institutions).
