Assam HS 2nd Year Biology Marks Distribution 2026-27

The Biology theory paper consists of 70 marks, with marks distributed separately across Botany and Zoology units.

Group A: Botany

Note: Out of 9 marks in Ecology, 3 marks are compulsory from Chapter 14 (Bio-resources of Assam).

Group B: Zoology

Assam HS Final Year Biology Practical Syllabus 2026-27

The Assam HS Biology practical examination carries 30 marks, divided equally between Botany Practical (15 marks) and Zoology Practical (15 marks). Each practical includes 12 marks for practical performance and 3 marks for the practical record book.

Botany Practical Syllabus
