SCERT has released the official NTSE HP 2020 answer key on November 13, 2019. Candidates must use NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 answer key to calculate an estimate of scores they may obtain in stage 1 exam. Students who obtain the minimum qualifying marks will be listed in the result and called for stage 2 exam. However, stage 2 NTSE 2020 answer key will be released by NCERT after the conduction of the exam on May 10, 2020.

NTSE Himachal Pradesh Result 2020

SCERT, Himachal Pradesh will release the results for stage I exam in the first week of January 2020. NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 result contains MAT, SAT, overall scores and basic details of selected candidates for NTSE stage II 2020. It must be noted that only the candidates who qualify the State level exam will be allowed to sit in stage 2 National level exam. The final NTSE 2020 result will be declared by NCERT in the month of September 2020. Students listed in the NTSE final merit list will receive the scholarship.

SCERT Himachal Pradesh releases the NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 cutoff in online mode. Himachal Pradesh NTSE 2020 cut off is the minimum score a candidate requires in order to qualify the exam. NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 - Eligibility Criteria

SCERT, Himachal Pradesh puts forward several eligibility criteria for the students to appear in NTSE Himachal Pradesh exam. Read the conditions of NTSE eligibility criteria 2020 below:

  • Candidates appearing for the exam must have cleared class 9 with at least 60% marks. However, SC/ST/OBC/PCG candidates must score 55% marks in class 9 for appearing in the stage I exam.

  • Students who are engaged in any job with salary, stipend or remuneration are not eligible for the scholarship.

  • Getting a scholarship from any other source will cause the cancellation of the NTSE scholarship for that period/year.

  • The Indian students studying abroad in Class X shall be permitted to appear directly for the stage II exam on the basis of certain norms by NCERT.

NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 - Application Form

The hard copy of NTSE HP has been released online. Students must fill and submit the Himachal Pradesh NTSE 2020 application form till September 14, 2019. The application forms are available in the online mode on the official website of SCERT, Himachal Pradesh. NTSE 2020 application form can also be obtained from the state liaison officer. Follow the mentioned steps below to apply for the NTSE Himachal Pradesh exam.

How to apply for NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020?

  • Click the above link or visit the official website to download NTSE Himachal Pradesh application form 2020.

  • Hall ticket form/Admit card will be attached in the application form.

  • Fill in the required details very carefully and make sure that the form is signed by the applicant, their parents, and the school principal on both the forms. Keep the admit card form attached to the application form. Candidates may take the assistance of their teacher/guardian in case of any confusion while filling the form.

  • Photocopies of caste or any other special reservation certificate must be attached if the candidate belongs to any reserved category.

  • NTSE Himachal Pradesh application form must be submitted to the State’s liaison officer. Applicants can also submit the same in their schools. The school authority will further transfer it to the liaison officer.

NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2020 Admit Card

NTSE HP admit card can be downloaded on the official website of SCERT, Himachal Pradesh in the fourth week of October. Hi,

Ntse stage 1 exam was held in the Month of November 2019. The result for ntse stage 1 exam is declared by respective scert. Many states have declared their result. So it is expected that soon the result for wb ntse will be declared most probably in Second week of March 2020. You can check the official website scholarships.wbsed.gov.in for result.

Sorry to hear that you are not selected. In this selection procedure they take the top students only. I mean there will be many people who might have scored more than the cut off,at that time there will be a limit to the selection procedure so they take according to that count only. In that the top students will be shortlisted. You might have qualified but not selected because of more competition and more students above you. Hope this is useful

when will Delhi ntse result be announced

NTSE Delhi results will get declared in the month of February, so it may be anytime soon.The result will be in the form of pdf format mentioning the roll number, name, category of the candidate along with total marks including that of MAT score and SAT score.

When will be ntse stage 1 result will be declared in Punjab? Result of Haryana and Karnatka is already been declared.

SCERTs have declared the result of NTSE 2020 stage 1 Punjab, Odisha Telangana, and other states. Students can check the NTSE 2020 result stage 1 in the form of merit list. NTSE stage 1 result 2020 pdf contains roll numbers of selected students and their marks. The exam authority has also released the cut off marks with NTSE result 2020.

Students who qualify in NTSE Stage 1 will be eligible to appear for the stage 2 exam. NCERT will conduct the stage 2 exam on May 10, 2020. SCERTs also send the NTSE exam result 2020 to the respective schools. NTSE exam 2020 stage 1 exam was conducted on November 2, 3 & 17, 2019. NTSE 2020 result for stage 2 will be announced by NCERT on ncert.nic.in in August 2020.

What is the cut off of NTSE STAGE 1 PUNJAB in marks?

The expected cut off is as follows for NTSE stage 1 Punjab is as follows for each category

  • General: 130-140
  • SC: 110-120
  • ST: 85-95

The official cut off is yet to be announced.However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly based on various factors like number of candidates appeared, difficulty of exam etc.
