The state-level NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024 examination consists of two parts: Part I - Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Part II Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT). NTSE Himachal Pradesh Answer Key 2024

SCERT will release the official NTSE HP 2024 answer key in February 2025, after the commencement of exam. Students must use NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024 answer key to calculate an estimate of scores they may obtain in stage 1 exam.

Students who obtain the minimum qualifying marks are listed in the result and called for the stage II exam. However, stage 2 NTSE 2024 answer key will be released by NCERT after the conduction of the exam.

NTSE Himachal Pradesh Result 2024

SCERT, Himachal Pradesh will release the results for the stage I exam in February-March 2025. NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024 result includes MAT, SAT, overall scores, and basic details of selected candidates for NTSE stage II 2024. It must be noted that only the candidates who qualify for the state-level exam will be allowed to sit in the stage II National-level exam. The final NTSE 2024 result will be declared by NCERT in August 2025. Students listed in the NTSE final merit list will receive the scholarship.

NTSE Scholarship 2024

NTSE is a programme whose purpose is to award the scholarship to budding students. Under this programme, around 2000 scholarships are distributed to deserving candidates in NTSE stage II. NTSE scholarship 2024 category-wise amount is mentioned below.

NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024 - Eligibility Criteria

SCERT, Himachal Pradesh puts forward several eligibility criteria for the students to appear in the NTSE Himachal Pradesh exam. Read the conditions of NTSE eligibility criteria 2024 below:

Candidates appearing for the exam must have cleared class 9 with at least 60% marks. However, SC/ST/OBC/PCG candidates must score 55% marks in class 9 to appear in the stage I exam.
Students who are engaged in any job with salary, stipend, or remuneration are not eligible for the scholarship.
Getting a scholarship from any other source will cause the cancellation of the NTSE scholarship for that period/year.
The Indian students studying abroad in Class X shall be permitted to appear directly for the stage II exam based on certain norms by NCERT.

NTSE application forms 2024

The hard copy of NTSE HP will be released online. Students must fill out and submit the Himachal Pradesh NTSE 2024 application form until November 2024. The application forms were available in online mode on the official website of SCERT, Himachal Pradesh. NTSE 2024 application form could also be obtained from the state liaison officer. How to apply for NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024?

Visit the official website to download the NTSE Himachal Pradesh application form 2024.
Hall ticket form/Admit card will be attached to the application form.
Fill in the required details very carefully and make sure that the form is signed by the applicant, their parents, and the school principal on both forms. Keep the admit card form attached to the application form. Candidates may take the assistance of their teacher/guardian in case of any confusion while filling out the form.
Photocopies of caste or any other special reservation certificate must be attached if the candidate belongs to any reserved category.
NTSE Himachal Pradesh 2024 application form must be submitted to the State’s liaison officer. Applicants can also submit the same in their schools. The school authority will further transfer it to the liaison officer.

NTSE HP admit card will be released on the official website of SCERT, Himachal Pradesh in December 2024.
