The HSCAP Supplementary Allotment 2026 will start after the completion of the main Plus One admission rounds in Kerala. The supplementary allotment is conducted by the Directorate of General Education (DGE), Kerala, to fill vacant seats in Higher Secondary schools through the Higher Secondary Centralised Admission Process (HSCAP). Candidates who were not allotted a seat in the first, second, or third allotment rounds, or those seeking admission to remaining vacant seats, can participate in this process.

The HSCAP supplementary round is meant for students who do not currently have a seat. They can apply if:
They did not apply during the main phase (fresh registration).
They applied during the main phase but did not get an allotment in any of the three rounds.
They were allotted a seat but could not secure admission due to errors in their initial application (which can now be corrected).
They are a SAY (Save A Year) exam student whose results are now out, making you eligible for Plus One admission.
If they received an allotment during the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd rounds of the main phase but failed to report to the school or rejected the permanent seat, they are generally excluded from the centralised supplementary rounds.

The window for the supplementary phase follows a specific procedure on the official portal:
Check Vacancy List: The DGE will publish a school-wise and stream-wise vacancy list on hscap.kerala.gov.in. Review this list carefully to see which schools still have open seats for your preferred combinations.
Submit HSCAP Kerala Plus One supplementary option/fresh application:
If candidates are new applicants, they will fill out a fresh application.
If they already have a candidate login but didn't get a seat, they must log in and submit renewed options specifically targeting schools with active vacancies. Their old preferences do not carry over automatically.
Log in to Track Status: Once the HSCAP Kerala Plus One supplementary registration window closes, they can track their status via Candidate Login - SWS using their existing username, password, and district choice.
Follow these steps to check your allotment status:
Visit the official HSCAP portal.
Click on Candidate Login (SWS).
Enter the username, password, and district.
Click on the Supplementary Allotment Result link.
View your allotted school and course.
