Once released, students can follow the simple steps given below to access their Haryana Board Class 12 open school exam results 2026:

• Visit the official HOS result website: bseh.org.in.

• In the latest notification section, click on ‘HOS Senior Secondary Examination 2026 Result’.

• Students can access their results by providing their roll number, or father’s or mother’s name and DOB or registration number.

• Click on the ‘Search Results’ option.

Passing Criteria for HOS 12th Exams 2026 – Senior Secondary

To earn the Certificate of Qualification in HOS Class 12 exams 2026, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. A candidate must pass all five subjects in the external examination individually.

2. Minimum Marks Requirement:

   • Overall: A minimum of 33% marks in total (including marks from the external examination, practicals, and internal assessments like CPE/SSA/INA/CCE).

   • External Examination: At least 33% marks separately.

   • Practical Examination (if applicable): At least 33% marks separately.

3. Absent Candidates:

   • Fresh candidates absent in all theory and practical exams will have their result declared as "Cancelled."

   • For RE-APPEAR/CTP candidates absent in all theory papers but with INA/CCE/CPE/SSA marks, the result will be marked as "ABSENT/RE-APPEAR."

4. Additional Subject:

   • Suppose a candidate qualifies in all six subjects (including an additional subject). In that case, the marks of the best scoring 4/5 optional subjects will be counted for determining aggregate marks, excluding compulsory subjects (Hindi and/or English).

5. Grace Marks:

   • Up to 1% grace marks per subject will be given to help candidates achieve the passing mark (33%), applicable for as many subjects as possible.

   • Grace marks apply to theory and/or practicals but cannot exceed the marks actually obtained in practicals.

   • Grace marks are not provided for improving overall scores.

HOS 12th Result for Revaluation 2026

• Students dissatisfied with their HOS 12th results 2026 can apply for revaluation through the official website of Haryana State Open School within 20 days from the date of declaration of the result.

• Applications for revaluation must be submitted online along with the prescribed fee.

• The revised results for revaluation will be declared within one month after the application process concludes.

HOS 12th Compartment Result 2026

• Students who fail in one or more subjects can retake exams for those specific subjects.

• A total of six attempts, including the main exam, are allowed. The application form for supplementary exams will be available online at bseh.org.in.
