Delhi Public School Sushant Lok was commissioned by Meenakshi Singh, an educationist in April 2005. It was founded under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Society and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). “Every class uses technology in their roomy, well-ventilated, TFT-enabled Digital Smart Classrooms, which are housed in two kid-friendly buildings. DPS Sushnat Lok is renowned for its job counselling sessions, internships, university fairs, and exhibitions in addition to its comprehensive curriculum,” says the school's website.The school is currently led by principal Surender P. Sachdeva.

Delhi Public School Sushant Lok student of class 12, Arihaan Sood, recently completed his Junior MBA in Entrepreneurship from Clever Harvey, in an online programme led by IIM and Ivy League alumni. He was also presented with the ‘Most Impactful Venture’ award.

The theme of the event, ‘Jaagrit Hum 2022’ was 'Recharge Your Emotions'. Students engaged in a wide variety of activities including ‘I am proud of Myself’ task by class 2 students and ‘Emotional Wheel activity’ by students of class 5. Students’ enthusiastic participation helped them reflect and gain a deeper understanding of both their own self and the world they live in.
