Delhi Public School (DPS), Sushant Lok, Student Completes Junior MBA From Clever Harvey

Delhi Public School Sushant Lok student of class 12, Arihaan Sood, successfully completed his Junior MBA in Entrepreneurship from Clever Harvey, in an Online programme led by IIM and Ivy League alumni. He has been presented with the ‘Most Impactful Venture’ award. Delhi Public School Sushant Lok received a prize from Clever Harvey for being a "Hub of Innovation" for aspiring business owners.

Delhi Public School Sushant Lok was commissioned by Meenakshi Singh, an educationist in April 2005. It was founded under the aegis of the Delhi Public School Society and is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). “Every class uses technology in their roomy, well-ventilated, TFT-enabled Digital Smart Classrooms, which are housed in two kid-friendly buildings. DPS Sushnat Lok is renowned for its job counselling sessions, internships, university fairs, and exhibitions in addition to its comprehensive curriculum,” says the school's website. Delhi Public School, Sushant Lok, Empassion Club organised a Food Donation Drive, ‘Ek Muthhi Anaaj’ in collaboration with ‘Earth Saviours Foundation’ to help those who lack access to basic necessities. Students from Classes 6 to 8 participated in the donation campaign with great energy and compassion. 'Ek Mutthi Anaaj' was a 10-day food donation drive with the fundamental goal of providing assistance to about 500 people in the foundation.

Arihaan took part in the Online Innovation Summit that Clever Harvey and IIT Guwahati jointly conducted between July and August 2022. Students from all over India presented their creative start-up concepts at this business pitch competition. The competition was won by Arihaan's startup concept, Fingrow, a fintech platform that seeks to offer personalised and gamified financial classes, news, and wealth management services. He received two trophies, two certificates, and a souvenir, as well as a cash prize of Rs 25,000.

Surender P. Sachdeva, school principal, promotes learning opportunities where students can experiment and take chances by fostering an interactive environment that creates a solid basis for lifetime learning.
