Along with the GSEB HSC toppers 2026 and the results, the board also releases the detailed statistics of the students. It includes the overall pass percentage, number of students who appeared and passed the examination. For the academic year 2025-26, 4,35,102 regular candidates appeared in GSEB HSC 2026 exam, out of which 4,03,362 passed in the General stream. The pass percentage for male and female students are 95.41% and 90.10%. The number of schools achieving 100% results has also been increased to 2030.
In the Science stream, the passing percentage has been increased to 84.33% in 2026 in comparison to 83.51% in 2025. The passing percentage of male and female students are respectively 84.04% and 84.65% for Science stream. The performance of repeated candidates has also been declined to 24.39%. The passing percentage of regular students for Science stream is 84.33%.
