BSEB Intermediate Exam 2026: Shoe Rules

General Shoe Rule - Students are allowed shoes and socks without any thick soles. Although candidates must read the instructions carefully.
2026 Shoe Rule - As it is predicted that this year’s winter will be heavy, the BSEB board may allow students to wear shoes and socks, as it will be difficult for students to write the exam in extreme weather conditions. However, candidates must keep checking the official notification for any changes or new instructions.
2025 Exception - The Bihar board allowed students to wear shoes and socks due to cold weather conditions from February 1 to 5, 2025. The board released an official notification that students appearing for exams from February 6 to 15, 2025, will be prohibited from wearing shoes and socks inside the exam hall.
Bihar Board Class 12 Exam 2026: Reporting Time
The BSEB conducts the 12th exams in two shifts, i.e., morning and evening shifts. To prevent last-minute entries, ensure the smooth conduct of the Bihar Board exam, and maintain discipline at the examination centres, the board has issued a reporting time for students. Candidates must arrive at the exam centre and report at least half an hour before the scheduled examination time.
The BSEB board exam centres were closed 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam.
No late entries were allowed under any circumstances.
Students who came late were not allowed to enter the examination hall.
