Venkateshwara International School, Dwarka, recently organised a workshop on Cyber Security. Following the CBSE directive to teach all students about cyber security, VIS students from the Daaitvya Club led a very educational session to raise awareness among all students of class 7. In today's e-enabled society, cyber security is a very pertinent topic that is quickly gaining prominence. Exposure to newer and cleverer cybercrime tactics has grown along with the dependence on new software and Apps.

Venkateshwar International School, students Harivansh Mehta, Prisha Basak, and Janis Dahiya recently participated in the Young Entrepreneurs' Bootcamp organised by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani. 50 students were chosen for this bootcamp from all around India and overseas. These students attended lectures given by notable figures like Rashmi Bansal, Author of ‘Stay Hungry, Stay Foolish’, Sonam Wangchuk, Chancellor of BITS, Kumar Mangalam Birla, and Sanskriti Dawle, Founder and CEO, Thinkerbell Labs. Students also saw the campus's incubators and entrepreneurial ecosystem, which has produced unicorn startups like Swiggy, BigBasket, and RedBus.
