    ISO Level 2 Syllabus 2026-27 (Class-Wise)

    The ISO Level 2 syllabus 2026-27 is available for students of Classes 3 to 12 who qualify the first level. Unlike Level 1, all questions in Level 2 are asked only from the current class syllabus.

    ISO Level 2 Syllabus for Classes 3 to 10

    The Level 2 International Science Olympiad syllabus remains the same as the Science section topics prescribed for the respective class in Level 1, along with application-based and achiever-level questions.

    ISO Level 2 Syllabus for Classes 11 and 12

    Students will be tested on the same Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology topics prescribed in the Level 1 ISO syllabus of their respective classes. Questions are designed to assess deeper conceptual understanding and analytical ability.

    Important Pointers on ISO Syllabus 2026-27

    • Questions in Level 1 will comprise 60% from the current class syllabus and 40% from the previous class syllabus.

    • For example, the Class 7 ISO exam will contain 60% questions from the Class 7 syllabus and 40% questions from the Class 6 syllabus.

    • Questions in Level 2 will be based entirely on the current class syllabus.

    • Questions in the Achievers Section will be asked only from the current class syllabus.

    • The exam focuses on conceptual understanding, scientific aptitude and analytical thinking.
