List of SoSE Delhi School

The School of Specialised Excellence (SoSE) Delhi was started by the government of India. There are a total of 51 SoSE schools in Delhi, including STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics), Humanities, High-End 21st Century Skills, Performing and Visual Arts and Armed Forces Preparation. The SoSE Delhi schools are affiliated with the Delhi Board of School Education (DBSE). These are the specialised schools under the Delhi government specially designed to provide focused education.

Schools of Specialised Excellence (SoSE), Delhi Domains

SoSE has five specialised domains for students. It includes;

• Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
  STEM-based education prepares students for higher education examinations like JEE and NEET.

• Humanities
  The course under Humanities will help students become leading social scientists, lawyers, journalists, development professionals and more.

• Performing and Visual Arts
  It focuses on training students rigorously to achieve finesse in their chosen field of art (music/ visual arts/ filming, acting etc.) through tie-ups with renowned organizations.

• High-end 21st Century Skills
  These schools are focused more on building skills through hands-on learning and entrepreneurship mindset development so that students are prepared for aspirational careers.

• Armed Forces Preparatory School
  AFPS will help students prepare for entry to Indian defence service examinations such as for the Army, Navy and Airforce.
