Schools of Specialised Excellence (SoSE), Delhi Domains 2026

SoSE has five specialised domains for students. It includes;

• Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM)
  STEM-based education prepares students for higher education examinations like JEE and NEET.

• Humanities
  The course under Humanities will help students become leading social scientists, lawyers, journalists, development professionals and more.

• Performing and Visual Arts
  It focuses on training students rigorously to achieve finesse in their chosen field of art (music/ visual arts/ filming, acting, etc.) through tie-ups with renowned organisations.

• High-end 21st Century Skills
  These schools are focused more on building skills through hands-on learning and entrepreneurship mindset development so that students are prepared for aspirational careers.

• Armed Forces Preparatory School
  AFPS will help students prepare for entry to Indian defence service examinations, such as for the Army, Navy and Air Force.
