The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) has clarified that all result-related claims circulating on social media are false and misleading. In an official press release, the board urged students to avoid such rumours and confirmed that the evaluation of answer sheets and result preparation is in its final stages.

The board conducted the JAC Class 12 board exams (Arts, Science, and Commerce) from February 3 to February 24, 2026, while the JAC Class 10 exams were held from February 3 to February 17, 2026, with over 4.3 lakh students registered. Check other important dates below.

Once the JAC 10th,12th Result 2026 is released, the result link will be activated on the official website, allowing students to easily check and download their marksheets using their roll number. Students should use the following official portals to avoid heavy server traffic:

After the JAC results are declared, students will also receive their original marksheets. Schools distribute these within one to two days of the result announcement. Students must collect them from their respective schools, as they are essential for further admissions and official documentation.

Passing Criteria: A minimum of 33% in each subject and 33% aggregate is required to pass JAC exams.
Scrutiny: If students are not satisfied with their marks, the window for re-evaluation (scrutiny) opens 10-15 days after the result declaration.
JAC compartmental exams: Students who fail in one or two subjects can appear for the JAC compartmental examination, held in July.
