Delhi Public School (DPS) Budgam was established in 2008 and is associated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). The Society for Promotion of Culture and Education Trust oversees this co-ed institution. “The school welcomes students from various socioeconomic origins and values diversity in its student body. Delhi Public School (DPS) Budgam, Department of Physical Education recently organised an Inaugural Inter-School Football Match to promote sportsmanship. The International Islamic School was invited to compete against the host school in a friendly football game. It was an exciting game with excellent skill displays from both teams' players. The first half was goalless, and the second half would have been as well had a last-minute error by the goalkeeper not resulted in a goal. All the audience members found it to be an exciting event.
