Delhi Public School (DPS) Budgam, Organises Inter-School Football Match

Delhi Public School (DPS) Budgam, Department of Physical Education recently organised an Inaugural Inter-School Football Match to promote sportsmanship. The International Islamic School was invited to compete against the host school in a friendly football game. It was an exciting game with excellent skill displays from both teams' players. The first half was goalless, and the second half would have been as well had a last-minute error by the goalkeeper not resulted in a goal. All the audience members found it to be an exciting event.

Delhi Public School, Budgam student Mohammad Qais won the Lawn Tennis Championship in the Under-12 category. Under the auspices of the Jammu & Kashmir Sports Council, the District Lawn Tennis Association and J&K Lawn Tennis Association jointly organised the competition from September 9 through September 12, 2022. Gindun Stadium Rajbagh served as the site of the championship.
