The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) has released the official notification for the High School Leaving Certificate exam registrations 2026. All schools affiliated under ASSEB must complete the online HSLC registration form fill-up process for eligible candidates through the official portal, sebaregistration.org. Schools must log in with their codes and credentials to complete the Assam HSLC 2026 registration process. It is important to note that only schools are authorised to complete the HSLC form fill-up process. Students or parents cannot directly fill up the Assam HSLC registration forms.

Candidates who are going to appear in the ensuing Assam HSLC exams have to also pay the requisite fee for the same. The Assam HSLC registration fee is fixed by the Assam State School Education Board and must be paid by schools during the online registration process. The fee structure is as follows:

The Assam HSLC 2026 registration fee is INR 800/- for examination, INR 50/- for practicals, and INR 350/- as centre fee. BPL and PWD candidates are exempted.
Form No. 50 is the final list of registered students, generated after payment and verification, which schools must submit to the Centre In-Charge.
Without a valid UDISE code, the portal will not accept student entries, and the school will not be able to register its students.
Registration is done by the school authorities only. Students or parents cannot register directly.
