Is NIOS Certificate Valid for JEE, NEET & Government Job Exams?

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) certificate is valid for JEE, NEET, and government job examinations in India. NIOS is a recognised national board under the Ministry of Education, India, offering qualifications equivalent to other boards such as CBSE and CISCE. Validity for Government Job Exams

NIOS certificates are valid for all types of government jobs, including those in central government departments, ministries, and public sector undertakings. Candidates who pass the NIOS 10th or 12th standards are entitled to apply for various government jobs, including positions in the Ministry of Justice and other public institutions, according to the requirements set by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT)

Additionally, NIOS certification is recognised by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and various state Public Service Commissions (PSCs) for government jobs
