Before applying, students should understand the difference between the result rechecking and revaluation. Students should also note that they can choose either or both options based on their requirements.
Maharashtra HSC Rechecking (Verification) of results includes checking for totalling errors, unmarked answers, or any discrepancies in the marks calculation.
Whereas Maharashtra HSC result revaluation involves a complete re-assessment of the answer sheet by an examiner.
Students can follow the steps provided below to apply for the Class 12 Maharashtra Board result verification:
Open the website at verification.mh-hsc.ac.in.
Click on the link of ‘Verification of marks'.
Enter the candidate’s seat number and mother’s name.
Click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Fill in the Maha HSC result verification form with all the required details and attach the necessary documents.
Review the filled-in form and pay the Maharashtra HSC verification application fee (INR 50/- per subject)
Click on the ‘Submit’ button to complete the application process. An acknowledgement receipt will also be received on the candidate’s email address. Keep that safe for future reference.
Students need to pay a subject-wise fee while applying for rechecking or obtaining answer sheet copies. The fee details mentioned below are as per last year’s charges. It may be revised for the current year:

Applications must be submitted within the specified deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.
All subjects for revaluation should be selected in a single application.
The application fee must be paid online via Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking.
Requests with incomplete details or unpaid fees will be rejected.
Marks may increase, decrease, or remain unchanged after revaluation.
The revised marks will be treated as final and binding.
Students receiving grace marks may lose them after re-evaluation if their marks change.
The fee is non-refundable if there is no change in marks; however, it may be refunded if marks are altered.
The HSC results of the rechecking/revaluation process are expected to be released in June 2026. Students can check their updated marks online using their login credentials. If any changes are made, a revised marksheet will be issued by MSBSHSE.
