Shri Anand Kishore, Chairman of the Bihar School Examination Board, announced that the Intermediate Annual Examination 2025 results have been released on March 25, 2025, after 1:15 PM. The declaration took place in the presence of Shri Sunil Kumar, Honorable Minister of the Education Department, Bihar, and Mr. S. Siddharth, Additional Chief Secretary of the Education Department, Bihar.

Result through Press Conference

BSEB released the Class 12th results through a press conference. During this press conference, BSEB officials will not only announce the results but also provide comprehensive details, such as the overall pass percentage, the names of the top-performing students, district-wise topper lists, and other relevant statistics. The BSEB 12th results for all academic streams—Science, Arts, and Commerce—will be declared simultaneously.

The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has concluded its objection window on the BSEB 12th answer key, which closed on March 10 at 5 PM. After this, the Board proceeded with reviewing all submitted objections and subsequently is set to release the scorecards.

The BSEB Class 12 exams took place between February 1st and 15th, organised into two daily sessions. The morning shift ran from 9:30 AM to 12:45 PM, while the afternoon shift was scheduled from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM. Last year witnessed a notable overall pass percentage of 87.21% across all streams in the 12 Class examinations. Specifically, the pass percentages for individual streams were as follows: Science achieved 87.80%, Arts achieved 86.15%, Commerce demonstrated the highest pass rate at 94.88%, and Vocational studies saw a pass percentage of 85.38%. The distribution of successful candidates by division revealed that 524,939 students secured first division, 504,897 students attained second division, and 96,595 students were awarded third division.
